About the Position: Our client is inviting a passionate Junior Family Lawyer (1–3 years PAE) to join their growing family law division. This is a prime opportunity for someone looking to build a meaningful legal career under the guidance of respected and approachable senior lawyers. You’ll gain hands-on experience with parenting disputes, property settlements, divorces, and financial agreements — while being coached on strategy, client management, and courtroom representation. The role is designed with your development in mind, including regular feedback, close mentorship, and a clear roadmap to advancement — with a future opportunity to move into senior positions, including Directorship and profit-share. With a modest daily billable target, you’ll have time to absorb, grow, and focus on quality legal work.
